What this is
The process I run inside a professional academy, for your player.
An IDP is a short, personal development plan. Not a report card, and not a generic training programme: a plan built around one player, starting from who they are and what they love about the game.
Inside the football academy I founded in Bangkok, every player has one. We interview the player, agree one clear focus, write down how we'll measure it, and review it as they grow. It's the same thinking behind my book, Beyond the Classroom.
This service brings that process to players outside an academy, wherever you are. Every plan is written across the six areas of development: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological, Social and Football Education. One focus at a time, measured by what a coach can see, not by scorelines.
How it works

The interview
Around 45 minutes, live, with a parent alongside. The player does the talking; my job is to ask the right questions. Video call from anywhere, or in person in Bangkok.
The plan
A personal IDP document across the six areas: one clear focus, how we measure it, and what we're expecting to see improve in training. Written in plain English, for the player and for you.
The follow-through
A check-in at week six and a full review at week twelve. We look at what changed, celebrate the input, and set the next step. Development is built, not rushed.

One thing, worked on properly.
Not every player needs a twelve-week programme. Some need one part of their game taken apart and rebuilt: striking a ball cleanly, first touch under pressure, defending one to one, the development foot. We work on that, one to one on the pitch in Bangkok, in blocks of five sessions or more, and then the player carries it back to their own coaches and their own team.
Every block ends with a written report: where the player started, where they finished, and what to work on next. I will not coach a player and then leave them guessing about their own progress.
What it is not is a development plan. There is no six-area IDP document, no twelve-week arc and no testing battery. Those are what the four programmes above are built around, and the Private Programme is this same coaching with all of it included.
The remote Bespoke IDP has no cap. Bangkok programmes run in groups of four at most, with a maximum of four groups at any one time.
Every programme is open to every player, regardless of where they currently play and train.
